What is a crypto wallet?

Crypto wallets allow you to send and receive cryptocurrencies and NFTs.

To receive Faberse wearables for the Metaverse you need to have an Ethereum supported wallet. (read more here)

What are the wearables?

Wearables are items of clothing and accessories that can be used to customize the appearance of an avatar in a Metaverse.

Each wearable is an NFT, that is being stored in your crypto wallet.

What is NFT?

Well, in short – NFTs are unique tokens that exist on a blockchain, they are certificates of ownership.

Wearables in Metaverses are powered by NFTs.

What can I do with my Metaverse wearable?

You can wear it in the Metaverse, re-sell it in several NFT marketplaces, or keep it as an investment.

How can I re-sell my Metaverse wearable?

After receiving the wearable to your wallet, you are the owner of it!

The wearable is an NFT, therefore, you can sell it on several NFT marketplaces, for example OpenSea.

What is a Wallet Address?

When ordering from Fabese you will need to provide us with wallet address so we can transfer the wearable to your wallet. Each wallet has a unique address.

Please use Polygon supported wallet.

Faberse will not take responsibility for wrong wallet adresses.

Faberse Items

What do I get when I buy a Faberse item?

When buying an item in Faberse you will receive two products:

  1. The wearable Faberse for a specific Metaverse. (for example – a wearable in Decentraland)
  2. The physical Faberse item to your address.
How many items per product will be created?

Each Faberse item will have a limited amount that will ever be created.

The FIRST Faberse hoodies will be only 100 per Metaverse. (Voxels and Decentraland)

In what Metaverses is Faberse wearable?

We sell wearables that perform in Decentraland or Voxels.

In what blockchain network are Faberse wearable-NFTs?

Faberse NFTs are on the Polygon network.

How will I get the wearables in Voxels?

The hoodie in Voxels will consist of five different NFTs. To properlly wear hoodies in Voxels there must be a different NFT for each body part.
You will receive all five body parts: a right forearm, left forearm, upper right arm, upper left arm and body NFTs.

How to wash the items?

The apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.

Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.

You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

The apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Delivery

When will I receive my wearable NFT?

Usually you will see the wearable in your wallet after 1-3 working days. Note that we do not refund NFTs if the wallet address is wrong. Please make sure that your address is correct.

When will I get my real world item?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 6–7 business days
● Europe: 10–12 business days
● Australia: 7–25 business days
● Japan: 8–12 business days
● International: 10–30 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes
  • Track your order using the order tracking page and check where the package is
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us using our contact form with your order number.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

You can also track your order using our order tracking page.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your item or you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know at the contact form with your order number.
